At Keith Rhodes Machinery Installations Ltd, we pride ourselves on our professional and cooperative manner; working extremely well with other companies within our industry. When required by a client or necessary for a project, we complete lifting projects alongside other companies, these are known as a ‘contract lift’.

Keith Rhodes Machinery Installations Ltd can offer the complete contract lifting package, with no risk to the client by way of a contract lift. We will undertake all risk assessments, method statements and drawings, (including technical specifications), along with insurance and the management of the contract lifting operation.

What does a contract lift include?

A contract lift includes, an Appointed person, Site survey, Method statement, Risk assessment, Lift plan CAD drawing, Lift supervisor, Slinger/signaller, all necessary lifting equipment and all Traffic/pedestrian management.

Who will be in charge?

We always supply an Appointed person/’s to every contracted job to control every aspect of the lift.
